International Studies and Foreign Language Program

  FY 2023 Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language Program Competition now open! Deadline to apply: May 22 The International and Foreign Language Education (IFLE) office at the U.S. Department of Education is pleased to announce the competition for the fiscal year (FY) 2023  Title VI   Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL)  program.   The UISFL program provides seed funding to plan, develop, and carry out new programs to strengthen and improve undergraduate instruction in international studies and foreign languages. Current UISFL grantees include community colleges, small four-year colleges and universities, and Minority-Serving Institutions.    Application now available The FY 2023 UISFL application package is now available at  www.grants.gov  under Funding Opportunity Number ED-GRANTS-032123-001. The deadline for submitting applications is  May 22 .

  Applicants to the Inspire Our Future Supply Chain Scholarship must: Be current college undergraduates (sophomore or junior) Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college, university for the entire upcoming academic year at an eligible college or university. Be enrolled or plan to enroll or currently enrolled in one of the following programs the upcoming academic year Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Business Administration Management Information Systems Specific Engineering majors (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging) Engineering Technology Self-identify as Black or African American Have minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 on a 4.0 grading scale or equivalent Applicants to the Inspire Our Future Commercial Scholarship must: Be current college undergraduates (sophomore or junior) Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college, university for the entire upcoming academic year
