Ida B. Wells Society Summer Internship

This is a final reminder that the deadline to apply for the Ida B. Wells Society’s summer 2022 investigative internships is Saturday, March 12 at 5 pm ET.

 

These 10- to 12-week internships are for current undergraduate, graduate students and recent graduates who are interested in gaining investigative skills and want to pursue a career in journalism. Students from historically underrepresented communities and those currently enrolled or recently graduated from historically Black colleges & universities and minority-serving institutions are strongly encouraged to apply. We made it even easier this year where applicants only need to submit one universal application to be considered for up to 10 different internships with some of the country’s most prestigious newsrooms.
