The Information Technology Department (CIT) is seeking a Communications Analyst as part of our Global Internship Program (GIP).  The GIP offers highly motivated individuals an opportunity to be exposed to the mission and work of IFC and the broader World Bank Group and become part of the largest private sector development institution in the world. The program encourages individuals to bring new perspectives and innovative ideas to IFC’s work, while improving skills in a diverse and highly stimulating environment. Moreover, the GIP provides a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and network with international professionals dedicated to ending extreme poverty and boosting prosperity in the developing world.


 

Duties and Accountabilities

    Join our major IT Financial System transformation project which encompasses several IT vendors and team members located in the United Stated, Bulgaria, Brazil, Paris and India. Our internal clients are from all over the world.


   Prepare the project communication strategy including monthly newsletters, templates for project updates, etc. appealing to a multi-cultural audience.


   Prepare fabulous presentations and materials to keep our internal clients engaged and connected.


  Write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs..

Selection Criteria

   Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Masters’ degree level program with expected graduation date after December 1st, 2022 in order to be eligible.

•  Field of study in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or other relevant discipline. 

•  At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Fluency in English.
