First awarded in 2019, the Chapter’s scholarship supports undergraduate and graduate students in their commitment to the practice of public relations. Eligible participants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate public relations or communications-related majors who self-identify as members of a historically marginalized and underrepresented demographic group. The purpose of this conference is to provide information on how today's youth in the African American community can be successful and productive in the performing arts and broadcasting.
