IsaWill Entertainment — a creative production company that specializes in media production, public relations, creative direction, branding, experiential marketing, and live event production. We’re proud to work with notable platforms such as the legendary Upscale Magazine, ENSPIRE Magazine, Black With No Chaser, and SYL Media (specifically looking for interns for the following pubs).

We’re currently still accepting interns for our highly competitive 12-Month Internship Program, designed exclusively for rising juniors and seniors in the Class of 2026 & 2027 — specifically those graduating in May, August, or December 2026 & 2027. This opportunity is perfect for students seeking meaningful, hands-on experience that aligns with their academic goals while helping them build a standout portfolio and grow professionally in a real-world setting. Our former interns have gone on to secure jobs at Essence Magazine, The OWN Network, ESPN, Blavity, E News, People Magazine, Hoorae Media, BET, and more. 

Internship Areas:

We’re looking for driven, creative students in the following fields:

  • Social Media – Assist with developing platform strategies, creating original content (posts, reels, stories), scheduling, analyzing performance metrics, and staying on top of trends that enhance digital engagement.

  • Business Sales & Advertising – Support in identifying leads, pitching services, managing sponsor/brand relationships, and assisting with the development of advertising decks, client outreach, and revenue-generating strategies.

  • Public Relations – Learn the art of media outreach, writing press materials, crafting pitches, researching press opportunities, and building relationships with influencers, journalists, and brand stakeholders.

  • Journalism/Writing – Work with editorial teams to write feature articles, interviews, blog posts, and marketing copy while refining storytelling techniques and understanding media tone, voice, and structure.

  • Graphic Design – Collaborate with creative teams to design promotional assets, social graphics, event visuals, and branded content using programs like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

  • Marketing – Assist with campaign strategy, messaging, email marketing, competitive research, and branding initiatives that increase visibility and audience connection across platforms.

  • Creative Direction & Design – Gain real-world experience producing and curating high-level visuals for magazine cover shoots, fashion styling, cover art concepts, video direction, and photography. Work alongside professional creative directors to bring campaigns and editorial visuals to life.
